6 Days fly Uganda

Do you want to go for safari and track the gorillas in a short time possible, but you are not willing to spend so many hours on the road? Then this trip might be what you are looking for! In six days you will see Uganda’s most important highlights with domestic flights. You will be in two of Uganda’s finest and most exclusive lodges.

  • Day 1: Arrival in Entebbe

    On Arrival your guide/ Tuann safaris representative will be there waiting for you meet and greet. Depending on the time of arrival you might spend the afternoon at UWEC, home to captive animals and several species of birds.

    Then later proceed to your accommodation.

  • Day 2: Flight to Kasese / Queen Elizabeth NP - Afternoon game drive

    After breakfast you will be driven to Entebbe airport to catch a domestic flight to fly to Mweya in Queen Elizabeth National Park. On arrival you will meet your guide (from Tuann Safaris) who will later transfer you to check-in at Mweya safari lodge.

    After your lunch in the afternoon you will go for a game drive on our way from the accommodation in the middle of the national park gives us the chance to spot waterbucks, warthogs and other wildlife.

  • Day 3: Game drive and boat safari on Kazinga channel

    After an early Breakfast you will leave for an early game drive where you are likely to spot Lions Hunting, Buffaloes, several Hippos, antelopes, reptiles and many more plus several early birds. The game drive may last for about 4-hours and after visit one of the salt mining lakes. After your lunch in the afternoon you will go for a boat cruise on the 40km Kazinga Channel where you are likely to take the best photos of most Animals including, elephants, buffaloes, hippos, crocodiles, several bird species like king fishers, eagles and many more.

    The Kazinga Channel is one of the highlights of Uganda and has the highest concentration of hippos in the world.

  • Day 4: To Ishasha - Game drive - Bwindi Impenetrable Forest NP

    After breakfast we drive through Queen Elizabeth National Park to the Ishasha sector in the South.In Ishasha there are 4 prides of lions that climb the trees daily. Unique in the world!

    The other attractions of Ishasha are the Topis, not found anywhere else in this National Park.

    En route lunch and later proceed to Bwindi Impenetrable a unique jungle, with many monkey species. Bwindi is one of the two places in the world where you can find Mountain Gorillas!

  • Day 5: Gorilla tracking

    In the Early Morning you will be driven to the briefing point of Gorilla tracking!!! After briefing departure with your ranger to search for one of the world’s most interesting and endangered animal, the Mountain Gorilla! You will spend one hour with one of our closest relatives. An experience you will never forget.

    (The time of the whole activity depends on where the Gorillas had their previous night since they are animals in their wild)

    After the activity your guide will be waiting to take you back in the lodge and that marks the end of the day’s activity.

  • Day 6: Flight from Kihihi back to Entebbe

    Enriched with an experience of a lifetime and unforgettable memories you will say goodbye to the Pearl of Africa. You will be transferred to Kihihi airstrip to fly back to Entebbe for your outbound flight back home.
